Therapeutic Services
Mindful Space offers individualized treatment using best practice modalities in: Grief & Loss Counseling; Depression; Anxiety; Substance Use; Post Traumatic Stress Disorder; Medical Trauma; Abuse and Neglect Issues; Relationship Issues; Suicidal Ideation; Family Therapy; Individual Therapy; and more. Accepts most major insurance providers.
Licensure Supervision
Mindful Space is licensed to provide clinical supervision for LCSW candidates in the states of Alaska and Montana. Clinical supervision will include a minimum of 100 hours, with no more than 50 group hours, to meet licensure standards and will include discussions on ethics, case review, exam preparation, real life scenarios, burnout management, self care, vicarious trauma, job readiness, and theory application.
Consulting
Mindful Space provides consultation to schools and other agencies who have mental health and/or wellness services for their employees or clients. Mindful Space also provides mental health resource management services. These services help mental health service providers navigate local, state, and federal policies as well as help to identify local strengths and resources using a trauma-informed model.
Community Facilitation
Mindful Space provides best practice mental health trainings to community agencies, schools, hospitals, businesses, etc. Kathryn is a certified trainer for Youth Mental Health First Aid, safeTALK, Talk Saves Lives, and many more evidence-based facilitations. She can also help to tailer a mental health and/or trauma informed training to your agency or community.
